This week I have put together this show in a different way. It is recorded 100% from the iPhone. Some of it was with the headset, some without and one part was even from my podcast rig recorded to the iPhone.

The idea is simple: If you say you don’t have time to do a podcast, then I am showing you otherwise. Toward the end I put up a challenge to everyone that has been saying they wanted to do a podcast.

Since this week was a holiday weekend for a lot of Techpodcasters, we thought we would take this time to talk about some future endeavors. Mainly, CES 2010. Even though it’s 4 months away, we need to plan how the team will go out there to represent the Tech Podcast Network.

Todd Cochrane, Andy McCaskey and Jeffrey Powers sit down and reminisce CES 2009 and what to look forward to CES10. We talk about the vendors that were there last year and some of the new stuff that could be there this year. Since MacWorld has shifted to February, this may be a new outlet for some to attend.

No matter what, we will be bringing the team out to Las Vegas to catch the whole show.

This is Jeffrey Powers from Geekazine with another episode of the TPN Weekly. This week I take the show in a slightly different direction – I thought I would share with you a bit about my life, growing up and the technology I came up with. I talk about my first Computer – a Commodore Vic20,  the rise into IT and where I am now as a New Media Specialist.

I also talk a little bit about where technology is going. You will hear about my future computer system, along with some technology that I think we will be seeing in years to come. I hope you enjoy the walk down this different path.
